Cancellation Policy
Please note our payment and cancellation policy below prior to event registration!
1. Payment: The registration fee is specified on the MLMA website or in the registration materials. Payment should be made in USD. MLMA reserves the right to refuse entry if payment is not received by the specified deadline.
2. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions: a) Cancellation requests received more than 30 days before the event start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees. b) Cancellation requests received within 30 days of the event start date may not be eligible for a refund, or a partial refund may be granted at MLMA's discretion.
3. Substitutions: If you are unable to attend the event, you may request a substitution by notifying MLMA in writing. Substitutions are subject to MLMA's approval.
4. Cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing to Ellery Jones at ellery@mlmalumber.com.
