In her role as Executive Director, Ellery serves as the staff liaison to the MLMA Board of Directors. She oversees the management of the association’s programs, events, services, finances, and assets. Additionally, Ellery plays a key role in supporting the association’s government affairs endeavors and facilitates economic development initiatives within the lumber manufacturing sector.As the Executive Director, she is dedicated to fostering and expanding relationships with both members and external partners. Before joining MLMA in 2021, Ellery spent her career as a professional fundraiser in several non-profit organizations. Her experience with event planning, business management and relationship building have provided a great foundation for her successful leadership at MLMA.

lauren@mlmalumber.com | 601.668.3607In her role as MLMA’s Membership and Marketing Coordinator, Lauren supports the Executive Director in enhancing the association’s online presence, organizing special events, and providing member assistance. She collaborates closely with members and partners to advance the mission of promoting MLMA and its members.
Lauren joined MLMA in August 2024, following her time as an account executive in the healthcare field. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.A. in Communication, focusing on Public Relations. Her background in digital media management, event planning, and client services equips her with essential skills to effectively promote and support MLMA and its members.
